Dr. Mani’s Mini Blogathon

I have signed up for Dr. Mani Sivasubramanian’s
Mini Blog Marathon (Blogathon)!
Saturday, 15 September 2007

If you don’t know who that person with the difficult name is, let me quickly update you.

Dr. Mani (that’s what the insiders call him) is the only pediatric heart surgeon who markets the Internet to sponsor heart surgery for poor children in India.

Every year, just after summer holidays in the Northern hemisphere, he organizes a Heart Kids Blogathon to raise awareness about congenital heart disease and collect donations.
This Blogathon is a 24 hour non-stop event of posting notes on your blog every 30 minutes.

Only ….

this time it’s a mini version, not 24 hours, but only 4.
That is a reasonable time, very do-able.

If you want to, you can join too. Go here:
Mini Blog Marathon (Blogathon)!

And maybe you should, because -blogging wise- it’s a real attention grabber and it will be very interesting to see the interaction among the participants, as well as the resulting traffic and (track)backlinks.

Also, Dr. Mani is very well known in the Internet marketing niche and his medical work is sponsored widely by famous names like John Reese, Shawn Casey, Yanik Silver, Jeremy Gislason, Joshua Shafran, Kevin Riley, Gary Vurnum, Joel Christopher, Audri Lanford, Paul Myers and Allen Says.
Just to name a few. There are many, many more of them.

So, if these people will send out a message to their lists, announcing the Mini Blogathon …..

You can sign up here: Mini Blogathon Sign Up!
It’s on Saturday, 15 September 2007, any time that fits you.

So, that’s an interesting side of this event.

But I signed up, because I know Dr. Mani for so long and never have done anything for the children he saves.
It’s about time to change that.

I really want this event to be a success for him and all the children and therefore we need your help.

Dr. Mani needs DONATIONS!

I made mine already.

Everyone involved will be very happy with every dollar you donate to this excellent cause. It doesn’t necessarily need to be much. Every bit helps.
On behalf of all the poor children out there, thank you very much.

Finally, let’s also have some fun.
Book this date: September 15th, 2007

  1. Hey Kevin,
    Thanks for your useful additions.

As one of his greatest supporters, you definitely know how Dr. Mani works and it’s great to hear that no money is spilled on unnecessary overhead expenses.

    Thanks, and greetings to Japan!
