Sure they are well done, and they are mostly common sense solutions. But it is very rare where you actually find one that goes into any detail that is going to make a difference. But oh what a test it is to find that diamond in the rough. When you do find them they can make huge differences. I think videos should be kept under 7 mins (4-5 is best).

They should be relevant and exciting (though homemade is ok esp. in our IM niche).
