Recently I found some interesting freebies websites.
The first one is Floodle
At first glance, I thought it was another worthless site, especially because of the many ads that are displayed.
But a closer look learned, that there are some valuable downloads available there.
A recent example is Ghostwriters From The Inside Out written by Michael Rasmussen and Jason Tarasi. A valuable ‘must have’!
And, if you absolutely must have one on your own servers, there’s a great Mailing List Manager written in PHP. Easy to set up and no monthly fees. Mind you, I don’t recommend this solution, but if you want to, it’s there, completely free.
And if you don’t have Public Domain Prowler yet, you can get your copy there, no charges!
Another freebee site is Giveaway of the Day.
As the name says, you can download your freebee here for just ONE day and then it’s gone.
So you have to check each and every day, but that can be done in a minute.
This site offers great downloads. Not that you can use everything, but sometimes there are valuable software products available that you were already looking for or that you couldn’t find for free elsewhere.
Finally, there’s Atomic Freebies.
Not as interesting as the other sites, but you may find something valuable there.
