I never thought about a marketing system as an umbrella but now that I read it, it makes sense.

Marketing is every opportunity we have to reach our customers and clients.

There is a need for an ultimate outcome for the process and system to be focused. Once people know the goal they want to achieve, they know what to do with their marketing in each point of contact. And that works in harmony just because the clarity of a goal.

(Have I said “goal” too many times?

There must be a quality on what you are doing for you to have more clients to come. You may have some bad comments but on some aspects as long as you have this “reputation” you can run into the journey of boosting havoc of clients.
