I started using online services about 6 years ago. Through the years they have done a lot to improve the security - which I think is awesome. Back in the day it was pretty easy for someone to try and fish your account information by sending you to a cloned page. Anyway - I pay all of my bills online now through my USAA account. I can't remember the last time I've been to a branch. In the UK we have brick and mortar banks that offer online services and, we have total online banks like Firstdirect.com. I was so glad when online bill paying was introduced. I can't remember the last time I wrote a check for anything.
