For a couple of days the rumor is that Google wants to buy Feedburner.
Some of them date even further back.
According to FeedBurner, they are currently feeding 422,717 publishers who’ve burned 721,074 feeds (as of 21 May 07).
TechCrunch now reports that the deal is confirmed: $100 Million Payday For Feedburner
One of the consequences could be the addition of Adsense ads in RSS feeds.
But they also get all the stats on RSS usage! And they can add the feeds to their new universal search results.
