Google and Yahoo merger

I just found a site where Google and Yahoo search results are merged.

Some smart guy created a website where you can see SERP’s from both engines for the keyword you type in.
He did a great job, because his site has a PR6, due to a lot of links coming in. I guess, demand for this service must be high, but I’m not really sure why that is, as I don’t see much in the benefits he lists on his front page. Do you know?

I really like the little rhyme that is used to brand the name:

Write Yahoo then Google
Make the Y and G Toggle
Never forget GahooYoogle
